Had a belt on my boat trailer tire go bad on my way to Minocqua Thursday 7/27/2023. Stopped at 7:45am Friday the gentleman behind the counter, i believe his name was Randy, was already busy dealing with a not so nice customer but handled it very well. Once done with that customer Randy turned his attention to me told him i wanted to put two new tires on my boat and change out the spare with my remaining tire that was still good. Seeing it was before the actual opening time randy left the office and proceeded to change my tires and was in an out dealing with other customers that were showing up. Hats off to Randy, he changed my 3 tires and i was in an out of there in about 1/2 hour. Great customer service this is the second time i have dealt with them during vacation and they took care of me both times quickly and friendly. Thank you.
Excellent Service 3 out of 4 tires on my boat trailer went bad by the time I reached Minocqua. I stopped right away this morning and they had all three tires replaced and I was back on the road within 30 min. Awesome customer service very friendly, they worked on my trailer immediately.
Needed some tires on a Saturday, stopped in and tire service guy wasn't working that day, however they got the job done in a timely manner. Great service at great prices.
I had a slow leak in a tire repaired at Dave and Dean's yesterday. When was the last time you had a PLEASANT experience with auto repair? Tom at the front desk was courteous. The tire was fixed efficiently for less than I expected. What a nice surprise in a world that doesn't always provide courteous, efficient service!
